• Architectural Design
• Secure permits and interact with city and state building officials to ensure all work is completed “to code”. It is our responsibility to know the current building codes that are enforced to protect your project and family
• An Anderson & Noland representative is present during all inspections done by local/state building officials
• Provide the client with a single point of contact and oversees the logistics of the entire project
• Hire, schedule, and pays subcontractors. We have relationships with many tradespersons and experts that are trusted and continue the high quality of service that Anderson & Noland provides
• Order supplies and oversee their installation
• Accountability, Commitment, and Communication
• Superior level of craftsmanship and attention to detail during each construction phase
